BREAD LOG

I also folded some the bread into a log: Flatten it out like a flatbread and pinch the insides and tuck the ends to make sure it is even. Once it looks like a log, slit the tops and baked until it reached 206F internal temperature, crusty on the outside, soft on the inside.
