2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

     
  
EASY 2 ingredient pancakes for #BrunchItOnSundays this morning because well…we need to go food shopping! Thankful for overripe bananas yet again, they always save my life! I either freeze then, aka these pancakes or banana bread. These Banana Pancakes are Super satisfying breakfast especially for the Gluten Free crowd!

2 INGREDIENT PANCAKES
2 bananas

2 eggs (or 1 egg+1egg white) 
TOPPINGS
Strawberries 

Almond butter

Optional: pecan pieces

HOW
Smash bananas well and mix with eggs until well incorporated. You can also pulse ingredients in a blender. Apply cooking spray to griddle or frying pan at medium heat and pour small batches of the batter as they are easier to turn without breaking. These will break if you’re not careful!
Heat 2 tbsp of almond butter for about 15 seconds and drizzle each layer as you stack them. Top with strawberries ? and pecan pieces over the top! Enjoy a #GuiltFree breakfast! .
