Maple Pecan Glazed Salmon

  
In case you missed it….
This is my favorite (and easiest) way to prepare salmon! Goes perfect with salad or veggies. It’s full of flavor and healthy: a great source of Healthy Protein, fat and omega-3s! I just had this tonight on a bed of greens! •.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.•.

Maple Pecan Glazed Salmon
WHAT

4oz salmon filet

1-2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

1-2 tbsp chopped pecan

Juice from 1/2 lemon 
HOW
Preheat oven to 400F. Squeeze 1/2 lemon and maple syrup over the filet. Bake salmon 8-12 minutes depending on the size of the salmon filet (may be 2-3 minutes for pre-smoked salmon). 
Add pecans to filet and crack fresh pepper over the top. Serve with salad or sides of preference.
