Delicious way to incorporate Lean Protein, Vitamin D and Omega-3s into our diet! Sardines on Avocado Toast, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar! Makes a Delicious snack or a light lunch and it was on the menu today! Season Sardines are so delicious, especially the ones in olive oil.
