Fruit Salada with “Groselha”

Salada de Frutas com Groselha! Quem ama?? Have you ever heard of #Groselha? The English translation for it is currants, and may be red or black! They are also known as gooseberries, which are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C.

In Brazil, people love groselha syrup, and often use it this way, in fruit salad! Growing up this was one of the desserts we ate (and still eat), typically with freshly squeezed orange juice And deep red groselha syrup, to give it sweetness and that specific delicious taste. Who loves it? I also added some mint to the fusion today and it was just amazing! Cheers for fruit salad! ?????????????
