Ok, I had to wait for my fantabulous homemade Berry Jam to cool before I shared it with you! As you can see, ALL those berries from the last post yielded to a descent amount of jam (yes, I found ALOT of frozen berries in the freezer)! Can’t wait to use it at brunch!
ONLY 3 ingredients, and about 30 minutes of your time and you have: Guilt-Free, Fat-free, Sugar-free, completely unprocessed jam for you to enjoy! They also make great gifts!

3 ingredient Berry Jam
WHAT
5-6 cups mixed frozen berries
3-4 tbsp of honey/agave
1/2 large lemon (freshly squeezed)

HOW
Pour frozen berries in skillet over medium heat.
As the berries thaw, the natural juices will be released and the berries will marinade naturally.
Allow the berries to simmer for about 15-20 minutes, mixing occasionally. Stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice. Gently smash the berries with a potato masher.
Add honey, more, OR less to your taste. I like the natural tartness of the jam, with a slight touch of sweetness, so I added 3 tablespoons and that did it for me.
Total simmering time before jam consistency is reached: 30-35 minutes. Be sure to stir every few minutes on low heat. It truly is delicious! Fill your mason jars! Gift people, enjoy at home or at work for MealPrep! T’is the season to share love through homemade goods!
Enjoy!
Xoxo, Ana
