On my birthday, I will share another one of grandma’s recipe from a few weeks back when I was visiting. This is the Brazilian take on corn bread. We enjoy ours with a nice cup of coffee for breakfast or afternoon coffee, which is a thing in Brazil. Not skinny, but also not the worse for ya and all kinds of delicious. I hope you enjoy and as usual, I will attempt to healthify later.
