3 Ingredient Avocado Pasta


This is for all avocado lovers because I’m throwing it back with my ALL time favorite recipe! Easy, delicious, nutritious, and ONLY 3 ingredients!.

Great for those who are :
#GlutenFree #vegan #DairyFree or even the occasional Lover of all foods like me!

3 Ingredient Avocado Pasta


2 Oz brown rice fusilli

1 ripe avocado
1/2 lemon, squeezed
3-4 tbs unsweetened almond milk
(Salt and pepper to taste)

Fresh cilantro or basil leaves



Cook pasta, drain. Blend avocado and milk in blender or food processor. Transfer to sauce pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cilantro or basil leaves to the mix or sprinkle on top.

Great toppings: mixed vegetables, grilled chicken, prosciutto, pancetta, salmon, cheese, scallops.
