Quick Sardine Avocado Salad Sandwich


When short of ideas for a quick lunch or dinner but still in need of something delicious that will provide Lean Protein, Vitamin D and Omega-3s into our diet: Sardine and avocado salad on a high fiber bread with arugula! 
All you need is:
2 slices of bread, toasted
1 can mackerel season sardines 
1 avocado
So satisfying and truly delicious and nutritious!
