This is a Papaya Bowl filled up with natural quark or greek yogurt, mixed fruit and a tiny drizzle of schenkstroop because I ran into it in the pantry (brought it back from the Netherlands, shoutout to my Dutchies)! Maple syrup, agave or honey works just as well! This is a delicious way to start, colorful, nutritious and will actually keep you full for a good amount of time!
