Healthy Banana Foster Skinny Crepe

Because it’s the holiday season and you can indulge without completely falling off the wagon!

Have you had my 5 ingredient healthy crepe yet? You can make it savory or sweet, but this one is my “Banana Foster” version with melted chocolate on top!

Healthy Banana Foster Skinny Crepe

WHAT

1 egg, 4 egg whites
1/2 cup oat flour or any other flour
7 tbsp any milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut palm sugar or truvia

Coconut oil for cooking

Filling/Topping

1 banana, chopped, sautéed
1 tbsp finely chopped hazelnuts
Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp roasted hazelnut spread
Chopped strawberries

HOW

if you don’t have oat flour, make some in your blender by simply adding oats and blending it into flour! Add all other ingredients and blend thoroughly.

Spray nonstick coconut oil on frying plan and sautée bananas, flipping until golden. Add cinnamon.

Pour a thin layer of crepe mixture, swirling around in a circular motion and until each banana piece is “in” the batter. Flip crepe over slowly and careful making sure each side is golden and cooked through, about 30-45 seconds on each side. Your count is 1/2 banana per each crepe.

Add chocolate sauce, Fold in half, add finely chopped hazelnuts over the top, adding a generous chocolate swirl over the top!
