Banana Oatmeal and Yogurt Waffles


Easy guilt-free #BrunchItOnSundays! You have ALL these ingredients at home! The base for these waffles are banana, oatmeal and Greek yogurt! You can easily recreate this! And add toppings of your choice. What I did:

Banana Oatmeal yogurt waffles


2 cups Rolled Oats
1 banana
1 tsp Baking Soda
1-2 tbsp Honey or agave
1/4 cup plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp melted Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Toppings of your choice!
I used:

Whipped coconut cream
Pecan pieces
Strawberries and bananas
Maple syrup



Heat waffle iron.
Grind oats in a blender or food processor to the consistency of flour.
Pulse salt, cinnamon, and baking soda into the mixture.
Mix in the wet ingredients and puree into a smooth batter.
Spray the waffle iron and pour in batter.
Cook until the waffle is ready. Add and Sprinkle the toppings of choice!
Serve to your loves ones.
