This is a super popular Brazilian sweet treat that I cherished (and still do) my whole childhood! We affectionally call it “little cashew” or #Cajuzinho, although it has nothing to do with cashew nuts, and EVERYTHING to do with peanuts! .
If you’re a Peanut and chocolate lover, this is for you! and This is a healthier and less caloric version, aka #CajuzinhoFit, or a lighter Cajuzinho without the calories from condensed milk. Plus this version is SO EASY!

Skinny Cajuzinho or Cajuzinho Fit
WHAT
250g (about 8 oz) of light toasted, unsalted peanuts – ground
4 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup any milk
HOW
Toast unsalted peanuts at about 350F for about 10 min or less. Let it cool and ground peanuts in food processor. You can also buy ground peanuts to save time and just add all the ingredients in a food processor until all ingredients are well mixed.
Mold them into little cashew shaped balls and roll them in ground white sugar or sweetener!
It will make about 50 small cajuzinhos! Absolutely Delicious!
Enjoy!
Xoxo, Ana?
