Lavender White Chocolate Berry Bread
Valentine’s Weekend Special!
It couldn’t have been any easier, and tastier! Yes, it’s also Healthy. believe it! Another blender cake with awesome filling and topping! Here is what I did:

Lavender White Chocolate Banana Berry Cake
WHAT
1.5 cup oats
¼ cup ground flax seed
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
3 medium ripe bananas
¼ cup yogurt or applesauce
2 tablespoons local honey
3 egg whites (or 1 egg)
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ tbsp cinnamon
2 drops lavender essential oil
Toppings
¼ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup dried cranberries
4-5 large Strawberries
HOW
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Prepare pan by spraying cooking spray or use parchment paper. Blend everything except toppings. Fold in cranberries and half of the white chocolate chips. Pour remaining batter into square brownie pan.
Arrange chopped strawberries and remaining white chocolate over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let Cool for at least 15-20 minutes. The hard part!
For best results, refrigerate after 4-6 hours, it will keep better as the cake is quite moist (if you have any left that is!)
