MEAL PREP IDEA OF THE WEEK!
LunchONtheGo: “Greek-ish” salad in a jar!
1 chopped Cucumber
12-15 cherry tomatoes
6-8 kalamata olives
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Optional: 1 0z crumbled feta cheese
Take advantage of heirloom tomatoes when in season! So juicy and delicious.
Just add balsamic vinegar to the bottom of the jar and when ready give it a good shake! Meal Prep at it’s finest don’t forget the crumbly feta if you love cheese. Delicious with or without!
