TIP: microwave butternut squash for about a minute, then peel it. The skin will be softer and easier to cut through and spiralize. I like to use this Spiralizer.
I like using this Nakano knife for all cutting in the kitchen. It is a fabulous Japanese knife that is high quality and affordable.
