Happy New Year – Mimosa with a Twist

Brunch is my favorite meal. EVER.
I have a whole page dedicated to it, but of course I’m not suggesting we limit ourselves to Sunday brunches.

Pairing brunch with a cocktail is what I do, mostly because cocktails always liven up a dish, add to a meal, and make get-togethers so much more fun!

Fun cocktails are the best cocktails because when you look at them, it immediately generates a smile, wouldn’t you agree? Just like first impressions, a beautiful drink will captivate you and convince you that you’ll have a great time!

Today’s cocktail is inspired by Viniq Glow- a gorgeous, shimmery and delicious combo of Premium vodka, moscato and natural peach flavors which I used to make my New Year’s brunch cocktail: “ViniqMosa”. I paired up with Viniq to introduce you to this new and exciting drink!

Everyone loves mimosas, and it is a go-to brunch favorite! I love playing with different variations of this personal favorite, so here is today’s experiment gone right, which proved to be refreshing, delicious, thanks to an added dose of shimmer!

The “ViniqMosa”

WHAT

• 3 oz. Viniq Glow – Peach flavor

• 3 oz. Champagne

• 1 squeezed kumquat or juice of an orange wedge

• Sliced kumquat for garnishing

HOW

1. Pour chilled Viniq Glow and Champagne into a tall flute.

2. Finish off with fresh squeezed kumquat garnish

This is definitely a mimosa with a twist, making it the perfect pairing with brunch like this assortment of flavorful and fun topped toasts, which are healthy and tasty. Viniq adds the shimmer and sparkle that is perfect for a girl’s drink, not to mention taste!
