This simple bow tie pasta salad was healthified by using vegetable pasta. SUPER SIMPLE and done in no time! What you do:
Colorful Foodie Pasta Salad
4 oz any type you like, I used Bowtie, cooked, chilled
Multicolored cherry tomatoes, haved
2 tbs Kalamata olives
2 tbsp green olives
3 tbsp chipped multicolored bell peppers
1/2 avocado, chopped
2 tbsp EVOO
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle of feta cheese
Mix all ingredients together and Enjoy! Healthy, colorful, nutritious and delicious – Perfect for a BBQ or just to enjoy for lunch or dinner as a side!
