Chocolate Bomb Alert! Explosion of flavors! Super chocolatey, delicious, NOT Healthy but absolutely delicious because sometimes it’s OK! Plus you all asked for the recipe when I posted the picture a few weeks back!
PS: the cake kinda broke because I have no patience and wanted to eat it ?HOT.
Chocolate Bomb Cake
1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 package of brownie mix ( fudge )
2 tbsp of sour cream or natural Greek yogurt
1 1/4 cup of milk
1 cup cup of any oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks
1 cup of chocolate pudding
In a large bowl, mix together the oil, milk, eggs and yogurt. Add cake mix and brownie mix, mixing all ingredients till batter is smooth.
Add chocolate chips or chunks and fold into
batter. Pour into well greased bundt cake pan and.
Optional: add 1 cup chocolate pudding – note: just add it into the batter with a spoon (you don’t need to stir or mix it, just drop it it). This will add to smooth consistency.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, bake for 55 min or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 cup of milk
2 spoon full Hershey’s chocolate cake frosting
Just pour ingredients in a sauce pan and stir in low heat until bubbling. This recipe is by my cousin Cristina who made this for us while visiting her in Georgia a few weeks ago. Although not the healthiest it is perfect for when you want to enjoy and indulge, If you dare! An experience you won’t forget…..
PS: let it cool for a good 20-30 minutes if you want to minimize chances of it breaking on you like it broke on us! Yours truly is very impatient and loves to eat HOT CAKE!
