I must admit I’ve been SUPER naughty this weekend (we’re talking Kansas City BBQ) and still feel super heavy! Decided to balance things out with a delicious Chia Pudding! Toppings of course are optional:
For the Chia Pudding: 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk + 4 heaping tbsp chia seeds. Mix and store in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds absorb any liquid making a rich, nutritious and fiber filled concoction! I like to sweeten with 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup and enjoy it In the morning like this: Instant Breakfast!
